Long Term RV Rentals

Long term RV parks that take a monthly stay

Not which parks are nice. Which long term RV parks will hold a booking for 28 nights or more, and what stops them.

The data behind this directory is published as parks.json: 19 records, generated 2026-10-15.

What is in here

19 parks so far, each read from the operator's own published pages, with the date it was read on the record. A metro appears here once three of its parks are verified. Below three it is not a page worth publishing, so it is not published.

Being verified now

These metros have records but not yet the 3 a page needs. They are listed so you can see what is coming rather than discover an empty page.

The 14-day cap is one operator's rule, not the local season

14 of the 17 parks compiled here, across Florida and North Carolina, publish the same rule: a maximum of 14 days per site from April 15 to September 15, all under one operator, Encore / Equity LifeStyle Properties.

The dates do not shift by metro or by state, which is the tell. It reads as a company policy rather than a response to any one location's season; the parks do not publish a reason. If you are planning a monthly stay inside those dates at a park under this operator, anywhere, plan around it.

Why this is not another list of nice parks

Every other RV park directory is built for a week in the sun. This one is built for long term RV parks, and it records the four things that decide a stay of a month or more, and three of them are almost never published: the seasonal cap, whether the park bills in your name, whether electric is metered on top, and whether it will hold a pad while an insurer decides.

Where a park does not publish something, the record says so rather than leaving a gap. The gaps are the point. They are the questions to ask before you move a unit.

Questions people ask

What counts as a long term RV park?

One that will hold a single booking for 28 nights or more. The distinction is the booking rule, not the facilities, so check what a park publishes about a 28-night booking before you compare amenities.

Do long term RV parks publish monthly rates?

Rarely. 1 of the 17 verified parks publishes a monthly rate: Asheville Bear Creek RV Park, at $850 to $1,500, which the park states is subject to seasonal changes. The other 16 leave it to a phone call, and none of the 17 says whether electric is metered separately. Each record lists the number to call and the questions to ask.

Why do some long term RV parks cap a stay at 14 days?

The parks do not publish a reason. 14 of the 17 parks compiled here cap a site at 14 days from April 15 to September 15, all under one operator, Encore / Equity LifeStyle Properties, in Florida and North Carolina, which makes it a company rule rather than a response to local demand.

How are these records verified?

Each one is read from the park's own published pages, and the record carries the link and the date it was read. Where a park does not publish something, the record says so instead of filling the gap.
