Long Term RV Rentals

About Long Term RV Rentals

A directory of RV parks that take monthly stays, each record read from the park's own published page.

Long Term RV Rentals is a directory of 17 RV parks in 3 metros that take long stays. Every record reports what the park publishes about a monthly or multi-month stay, links the page it was read from, and dates the read. The oldest was read on September 14, 2026 and the newest on September 19, 2026.

What is Long Term RV Rentals?

A directory of parks, not a rental company. Long Term RV Rentals does not own RVs and does not run a park. It is published by PopNet Media. The park directory is the product; the guides exist to explain what the records mean for a particular kind of stay.

How is a park record verified?

Each of the 17 records was read from the park's own published page, or its operating chain's page for that park. Each record carries the link and the date it was read, so you can open the same page and check it. None has been confirmed by phone yet. When one is, the record will name who answered and on what date.

14 of the 17 records come from Encore / Equity LifeStyle Properties pages. Those pages share their wording, so when 14 parks publish the same stay rule, read it as one chain policy stated 14 times, not 14 separate findings. The other 3 are read from independent parks' own sites.

A metro page opens once it has 3 verified records. Below that, its records stay off the directory: Portland, OR has 2.

What do the records not say yet?

The directory tracks 6 questions a long stay turns on: invoices monthly in the guest's name, accepts an insurance-funded booking, holds a pad while a claim is decided, sewer at the pad, water at the pad and electric metered separately. Across the 17 parks that is 102 answers, and 97 of the 102 are not stated on any page the records were read from. 14 of the 17 parks state none of the 6.

Not stated is not a no. It means the park's own page is silent and nobody has asked it yet. Filling those gaps takes a phone call, so the directory keeps a call sheet: for each park, the questions its record still leaves open, to be put to the park by phone. As a park answers, the field changes from not stated to the answer.

Until then, ask the park yourself before you fix a move-in date. Each park page in the directory carries the park's published number. A booking made on an assumed yes can turn into a no after your dates are set, and the record cannot warn you about a rule the park never published.

Who places the RV?

Escape RMC fulfills long term RV placements for Long Term RV Rentals. What can be placed, where and at what rate is for Escape RMC to confirm. This site publishes no RV price.

Who reviews the pages?

Ben Kiser, RV rental operator and fleet consultant. Ben Kiser is an RV rental operator who has held ownership in rental locations across the United States, sold locations, and consults for operators nationwide. He reviews the operator-side pages on this site.

Outside his scope: insurance coverage, policy language and what an adjuster will approve; state statutes, county tax rates and municipal code; anything about your specific claim, lease or contract. Pages on that ground carry no reviewer line. This site has not yet interviewed him, so no page quotes him.

Where else does Long Term RV Rentals publish?

Long Term RV Rentals keeps a plain summary page of its findings on Google Sites, with the directory's headline counts and the date they were read: Long Term RV Rentals on Google Sites.
